We work very hard to ensure our customer's satisfaction. If you are happy with your purchase please leave positive feedback, tell others and come again! However if you are not satisfied for whatever reason with your transaction please tell us ! Once you have done so please allow us a reasonable chance to resolve any issue that you may have. Your comments and criticism are always welcome.

We offer a 14 day returns policy on unwanted items. After 14 days we will assume that the item is satisfactory and any requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. the buyer is responsible for the return postage and packing costs where the item is not required or is surplus to requirements .
 Damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days by phone ( 01270 666444 ) or email  ( ), we will then advise you of the returns procedure.
Damaged or faulty items should be returned to us within 7 working days from the date of your reporting the fault or damage to us .We would under normal circumstances send you a return postage label by email or by post and once we have received and confirmed the item to be faulty or damaged we will refund or replace your items as quickly as possible
  If we dispatch an incorrect item - IE An item which has been sent in error we will cover the return postal costs.
As with faulty or damaged goods we will send you a return postage label via email or by post.
We ship to mainland UK, Ireland and offshore UK islands, we also ship to numerous international destinations. We have accounts with   We also have accounts with couriers  however if you would prefer to organise collection and delivery of your items using your own carrier we are more than happy for you to do so . Please make sure we are aware of this fact before sending your carrier to collect your goods . We have 2 storage facilities and need to inform you of the address for pick up of your items.

  We try and use the most economical delivery options available to keep costs to a minimum and we reserve the right to change the delivery company and the method of delivery depending on size and weight of the item and the cost of postage  
 The following postcodes may be subject to a surcharge of between £5 and £8 for delivery where a courier is specified as the preferred delivery method  BT, IM, TR, JE, GY,IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE
  All items shipped to International destinations are priced by weight and destination country. If your country is not listed we do not ship to that destination unless by prior arrangement.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation and verification of your cleared payment , we cannot guarantee any of the shipping times stated on our site because we do not deliver the items . This is the responsibility of the chosen carrier and we cannot personally be held responsible for the time they may take to deliver. Orders may be processed for shipment on weekends and holidays however they may not be dispatched on the on the same day as processing occurs we will inform you when your item has shipped. 
 Undelivered /Returned Items 
 The majority of our items are dispatched using Royal mail and although Royalmail state they will leave an ' Attempted delivery card ' this is NOT ALWAYS the case .We have had many reported occasions where our customers state they have not received a card from Royal mail and I have personally been present in Crewe delivery office when a staff member commented that they had ' Run out ' of attempted delivery cards  if you do not receive your item within 72 hours of us informing you it has been dispatched please contact your local Royal mail delivery office.

You will be required to speak your postcode into the phone receiver. You will also be asked to provide your road or street name. Once you have confirmed the address / postcode details you will be given the address, postcode and opening hours of your local delivery office. They may well have your parcel and if you do not collect it within 18 days they will usually return your item to us stating " NOT CALLED FOR " as the reason for it being returned .
If this happens to your parcel we will have no option but to charge you for redelivery of your items. Or you can choose to be refunded for the cost of the returned items, We will NOT refund you the cost of the original postage because these costs will have been invoiced to our account and paid to Royal mail .
 We can offer special delivery options if you wish however please be aware this type of delivery option WILL incur extra costs which must be paid prior to us booking your parcel with the relevant carrier.  
   We will ship to the address stated and verified on your payment details, and will not be responsible if you provide us with conflicting address and postcode details.
  If you require your order to go a third party or an alternative address please contact us ASAP after you have made your payment,  A phone call would be the preferred method of contact. Emails can be held up during peak Internet times and your parcel may be dispatched before we receive your notification of a change in delivery address   Payment:

Cheques should be made payable to Plastic test tubes Ltd and posted to 13 Cliton street, Crewe, CW2 7QA . Please Note ... We no longer accept cheques as a way of payment 
Once you have purchased your item you will receive an email informing you we are processing your order and another email when your order has been dispatched . We will also include any tracking details which accompany your order.
Please be aware that orders will only be dispatched once we have received cleared payment for your items.
